Card Shell Printing

We'll start by printing card shells with everything that does not change from card to card. These card shells will be stored until they are ready to be personalized.

On-Demand Card Personalization

Send us a spreadsheet of member names and data, and we'll handle the rest. Our variable data printing technology personalizes each card with names, numbers, barcodes, or QR codes — quickly and accurately.

Letter Printing & Affixing

We can affix personalized cards to matching welcome letters via glue dot using automated machinery that checks to confirm that each card is adhered to the correct letter. 

Envelope Insertion, Sealing & Sorting

Simpler kits are folded, inserted into #10 window envelopes, and sealed, while more elaborate kits can be placed into padded envelopes or branded boxes.

Kit Assembly & Packaging

Need to send more than just a card? We assemble complete welcome kits and direct mail campaigns according to your specifications, including brochures, swag, and any other printed products.

Mailing & Distribution

Standard kits are delivered to the post office for the most cost-effective solution while larger packages requiring tracking can be shipped via the method of your choice (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). The completed kits can be shipped back to you or mailed directly to members / recipients.
