We partner with two of the most trusted names in shipping — FedEx and UPS. Depending on your location and the nature of your order, your shipment may be fulfilled through either carrier. Both provide reliable tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How to Calculate the Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are calculated based on a combination of factors specific to your order:


  • Product type — Different printed products (such as plastic cards, magnets, and car magnets) vary in size, weight, and packaging requirements, all of which affect the shipping rate.

  • Order quantity — Larger quantities mean more weight and potentially larger packaging, which is reflected in the shipping cost.

  • Destination zip code — Distance and delivery zone play a role in determining the final shipping rate to your location.

To determine your shipping cost prior to placing an order, simply add the item to your cart and click "Add Info" beside shipping. Enter your ship state and zip code for a live quote or contact us for assistance with a shipping estimate.

Where do orders ship from?


All print products are made in the USA and orders ship from our factory in Deerfield Beach, FL 33442.

Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account?


Yes. If you'd like us to ship on your UPS or FedEx account instead of ours, simply contact us prior to placing your order. We'll just need your account number and preferred shipping method (Ground, 2 day, overnight).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


Shipping transit times vary by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please keep in mind that production time is separate from shipping time — your order will ship once it has been printed and quality-checked. 


Unless otherwise specificed, all orders ship UPS or FedEx Ground. Any orders shipping within the state of Florida will arrive the next day. Ground shipments going outside of FL arrive 2 - 5 business days after shipping out depending on the destination.

Will I receive a tracking number?


Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time through FedEx or UPS.

Can shipping be expedited?


Yes. Shipments can be sent 2 day or overnight upon request. Select this option when checking out our notify your account manager when placing your order for pricing.

Do you blind ship?


Yes. We can blind ship your order upon request at no additional cost. Blind shipments will be sent directly to the recipient without any Print Robot branding.

Can you ship freight?


Yes. On larger quantity orders, shipping freight will offer a more cost effective solution. If freight is the better option for your order, your account manager will reach out with a customized freight quote. To provide an accurate quote, they will need to know whether a liftgate is required at your delivery destination.
