2026 Membership Cards for Lahaina Yacht Club
Once the design was approved, the membership card order was placed and a spreadsheet was supplied by LYC which contained a list of member names and ID numbers. The provided data file also specifies which cards were for members and which were for member spouses. Print Robot printed and personalized the membership cards in a single batch and shipped them to Lahaina Yacht Club for distribution to their members.
Turnaround: Standard turnaround on a project like this is 10 - 15 business days + shipping. Since this project was needed urgently, RUSH turnaround was added for an additional fee to make their deadline.

2026 Membership Cards / Season Passes for the Maryland Symphony Orchestra
Once the design was approved, prepaid membership card shells were printed containing everything but the member names. The card shells were then stored until needed. Each time a new batch of cards is needed, a spreadsheet containing the member details is sent over. From there, Print Robot personalizes the card shells on-demand and prints a matching letter for each. Automated equipment feeds the letters through, drops a glue dot, adheres a card to its matching letter, folds the letter, and places it into an envelope. The envelopes are then sealed and dropped off at the post office so each completed member kit can be delivered directly to the recipient. Each member list can contain as few as 1 card or as many as they'd like until all of the prepaid card shells have been used up.
Turnaround: Standard turnaround on a project like this takes roughly 3 - 4 weeks for the initial campaign to be deployed. Subsequent batches of card shells are typically personalized on-demand and placed in the mail within 1 week of receiving each new member list.
