Print Robot's custom plastic key tags are compact, full-color tags made from thick 30-mil PVC plastic. Each tag includes a gloss finish and hole punch, making it easy for customers and members to keep your program attached to their keys, gym bag or everyday keychain.
Choose from four standard shapes: rectangle, long rectangle, oval or dog tag. Your logo and branding can be printed in full color on the front, with the option to leave the back blank or add black or full-color printing.
Custom key tags work well for gym and club memberships, grocery and retail loyalty programs, car-wash memberships, customer rewards, member identification and promotional campaigns.
Use one shared design across the complete order, or add information that changes from one tag to the next. Available upgrades include numbering, personalized names, barcodes, QR codes and other variable data supplied with your order.

Custom Plastic Key Tags With Barcodes, QR Codes and Variable Data
Custom plastic key tags can be configured for programs that need more than one shared printed design.
Add a barcode for membership check-in or account lookup, a QR code for a website or digital destination, sequential numbering for tracking, or personalized names and identification numbers for individual members.
When the printed information needs to change from one tag to the next, variable-data printing can be used with a correctly prepared data file. The main design stays consistent while the required names, numbers or codes change across the order.
Before ordering key tags for an existing POS, membership or check-in system, confirm the required barcode format, number structure and data-file requirements with your software provider. The printed code must match the system that will scan and process it.

Can I add a barcode or QR code?
Yes. Barcodes and QR codes can be added to your key tag design. Before ordering, confirm the required code format and data with the software or system that will scan the finished tags.
Can every key tag have a different name, number or barcode?
Yes. Variable-data printing allows selected information to change from one key tag to the next. This can include member names, identification numbers, account numbers or barcode values supplied in your data file.
Will the key tags work with my POS or membership system?
They can work with compatible systems when the printed barcode or QR code follows the provider’s technical requirements. Confirm the required code type, number format and data structure with your POS, membership or check-in software provider before submitting the order.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. The front is printed in full color. For the back, you can select no printing, black-ink printing or full-color printing.
How long does custom key tag printing take?
Standard production takes 10-15 business days. Rush services may also be available depending on the order requirements and current production schedule.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The current online quantity options begin at 500 key tags. Available online quantities are 500, 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000. Contact Print Robot when you need a quantity or configuration not shown on the product page.
Do you offer design services?
