Print Robot’s custom plastic card and key tag combos give members or customers more than one convenient way to carry and use the same program.
Each combo begins as one connected plastic piece. The wallet-size card and key tag sections snap apart after printing, giving the user a full-size card for a wallet or purse and one or two smaller tags for keys, bags or additional household members.
Choose a card with one detachable key tag or a card with two detachable key tags. Both formats are printed on thick 30-mil plastic with a gloss finish and full-color front printing.
Plastic card and key tag combos are well suited to gym memberships, club programs, libraries, grocery and retail loyalty programs, country clubs, family memberships and customer rewards programs.
Optional upgrades include names, numbering, barcodes, QR codes and other supplied variable data.

Card With One Key Tag
Choose the one-tag format when the same person needs a wallet-size card and a smaller tag for daily use. The member can keep the full-size card in a wallet while attaching the custom plastic key tag to a keychain, gym bag or set of keys. The second format also provides a convenient alternative if one piece is temporarily unavailable.
Card With Two Key Tags
Choose the two-tag format when a household, family or shared account needs multiple portable pieces. Like standard custom plastic cards, the wallet card can stay with the primary account holder while the two detachable key tags are distributed to other approved users or kept in separate locations.

Setting Up the Card and Key Tags for Your Program
A combo product contains multiple printable sections, so the artwork and data must clearly show what belongs on the wallet card and what belongs on each detachable key tag.
The wallet card can carry your main branding, membership details, program terms or contact information. The smaller tags can display the logo, member number, barcode, QR code or other information needed for everyday use.
When adding barcodes, QR codes, numbering or names, tell the Print Robot team whether the wallet card and detachable tags should use the same information or whether any values need to differ.
Prepare the supplied data so each field is clearly identified. For example:

- Wallet card identification number
- First key tag barcode value
- Second key tag barcode value
- Printed member or account number
- QR-code destination

Can I print on both sides?
Yes. The front is printed in full color. The available back options are no printing, black-ink printing or full-color printing.
How long does combo card printing take?
Standard production takes 10–15 business days. Rush service may also be available depending on the order requirements and production schedule.
