Print Robot produces custom plastic membership cards for clubs, gyms, associations, nonprofits, and member programs of every kind. Cards are 30 mil PVC in the standard CR80 credit card size, printed full color at our Deerfield Beach, Florida facility. Pricing starts at $230, with per-card cost dropping at higher quantities.
Standard production is 10 to 15 business days after proof approval. Rush production is available on request.

Can Print Robot personalize each card with a unique name and member ID?
Yes. Cards are personalized with member names, ID numbers, expiration dates, photos, barcodes, QR codes, and other variable fields from a data file.
Can I add member names and ID numbers myself?
Yes. Blank printed shells ship without member data for in-house personalization. The cards are compatible with 99% of thermal plastic card printers, and Print Robot sells Evolis printers.
Are magnetic stripe and embossing available?
Yes. Cards support LoCo and HiCo magnetic stripes, encoded or blank, and raised embossing. Select these under optional upgrades or request a quote.
Can I order a custom size, thickness, or color?
Yes. Send your requirements for pricing on custom sizes, thicknesses, and colors.
Do you offer design services?
Free design services are included on most orders of $250 or more, with a digital proof before printing.
